We are seeking a skilled Data Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for organizing, storing, and analyzing data efficiently and securely. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that data is managed in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements and is accessible to authorized personnel as needed. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement data management strategies to ensure data integrity, quality, and security
Organize and maintain databases, ensuring that data is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible
Monitor and optimize database performance, troubleshooting issues as they arise
Collaborate with other departments to understand their data needs and provide the necessary support
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies
Prepare reports and presentations based on data analysis to support decision-making processes
Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity
Stay updated on the latest data management technologies and best practices

Requirements

Proven experience as a Data Management Specialist, Data Analyst, or similar role
Strong understanding of database management systems (DBMS) and data warehousing
Proficiency in data management software, such as SQL, Microsoft Excel, and data visualization tools
Excellent organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
Strong understanding of data protection regulations, such as GDPR
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
